For 25 years, my life was dedicated to the medical field, a career built on care, science, and understanding the human body. But I always knew that true wellness starts in the kitchen. After two and a half decades in medicine, I decided to follow my deepest passion: the art of nourishment.
I traded my scrubs for a chef’s coat, graduating from Le Cordon Bleu and rising to the rank of Executive Chef. My journey took me into the high-pressure world of celebrity production catering and corporate culinary management, where I refined my skills under top-tier chefs.
Now, I’ve stepped away from the corporate world to focus on the finer, more intentional moments of life. I’ve returned to my own kitchen to offer boutique catering, specialized meal prep, and cold-pressed juicing. My unique background allows me to blend a quarter-century of medical knowledge with world-class culinary technique. Every meal I prep and every juice I press is crafted with the precision of a clinician and the soul of a chef.
